These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RLForge AI (the “Service”), operated by Mohammad Ehab Sh Qandil (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, signing in, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RLForge AI is an independent tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate Rocket League training plans, drills, replay-analysis suggestions, and related content. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Psyonix LLC or Epic Games, Inc. “Rocket League” is a trademark of its respective owner and is used descriptively only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service and subscribe only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
You sign in with a one-time email “magic link” provided through our authentication provider (Supabase). You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity under your account. Provide an accurate email address.
The Service offers a Free tier (limited features and a monthly generation limit) and a paid “Pro” subscription. Current pricing is US$6 per month, billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Features and limits for each tier are described in the app and may change; we will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes.
The Pro subscription is a recurring monthly charge that automatically renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through the “Manage” billing portal in your account; cancellation stops future charges and your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period. Prices are exclusive of any taxes, which may be added where required.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused generations. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before it begins. If you are an EU/UK consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing; by subscribing and using the Service immediately you request that we begin providing it during this period and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be lost or pro-rated once the Service has been provided. To request a refund where you believe one is owed, contact us.
You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit the Service or its output without permission; (b) attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, or billing; (c) reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service or its providers; (d) submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; or (e) use the Service to violate the rules or terms of Rocket League, Psyonix, or Epic Games. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service produces AI-generated guidance. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date (including any training pack codes, which are community-sourced and can change or stop working). It is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only, is not professional coaching advice, and is not a guarantee of improvement, rank-up, or any specific result. You are responsible for how you use it.
The Service relies on third parties including Supabase (authentication and data), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing), and Cloudflare (hosting). Your use is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or outages.
We own the Service, its branding (“RLForge”), and its original content. Subject to these Terms, you may use the plans we generate for you for your personal training. Training pack codes and creator names referenced in the Service belong to their respective creators; we claim no ownership of them.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output is accurate.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) US$20. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You may stop using the Service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., 8, 10, 11, 12, 14) survive termination.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable consumer law gives you other rights.
